The Consortium aims to create inclusive, supportive, and high-quality early education settings that meet the diverse needs of children with disabilities, ensuring their access to the LRE and promoting their overall development and well-being utilizing a multi-tiered support system.  

 

The consortium's primary objectives are as follows: 1) Enhance community partnerships and strengthen collaboration, 2) Strengthen partnerships with families, 3) Ensure access to specialized supports, 4) Implement individualized behavior approaches, 5) Enhance cross-sector professional development, and 6) Assess and improve program quality.
